How do I prep and care for my spray tan?

I will send through your prep and aftercare information prior to your appointment. However, these are most important things to do before and after your spray tan.

Before your spray tan:
1. Shave at least 4 hours or wax 48 hours prior to your appointment (men don't worry about this step). 
2. Exfoliate your entire body wash with exfoliating gloves and body gel. An oil free exfoliating scrub can work too.
3. Come to your appointment with clean skin. No moisturisers, deodorant or makeup on your body or face.

After your spray tan: 
1. Rinse your tan with water only and make sure to get all of the bronzers off your body. You can use your hands to guide the bronzers off your skin. Rinse until the water runs clear. 
2. Moisturise from the day after your spray tan (if you had an evening appointment you can start moisturising from the next morning). Moisturising is the key to a long lasting tan so continue to moisturise everyday to get longevity out of your spay tan. Brownie points for twice a day. 
3. Always pat dry with a towel after your shower. Don't rub. 
4. Avoid Dove products before and after your appointment as they contain harsh ingredients that can strip your colour.
